Recharges are typically processed instantly. However, in rare cases, it might take up to 15 minutes depending on your mobile operator's processing time. If you don't see the recharge reflected after 15 minutes, please contact our support team.

We currently support all major mobile operators in the UAE including Etisalat, Du, Virgin Mobile, and BOTIM. You can find the complete list of supported operators on our Operators page.

We accept various payment methods including:
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Bank Transfers
  • PayPal
All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

The minimum recharge amount varies by operator:
  • Etisalat: AED 5
  • Du: AED 5
  • Virgin Mobile: AED 10
  • BOTIM: AED 20

We take security very seriously. All payment information is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. We are PCI DSS compliant and never store your complete card details on our servers. Additionally, we implement multiple security measures including:

If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. For security reasons, the link expires after 24 hours. If you need further assistance, please contact our support team.
